For the construction of the SPEKTRA residential building in Ljubljana with four underground floors, we have drawn up an Maintenance Plan for the existing 15 m deep, 70 m x 80 m floor area protective structure of the construction pit. The planned geotechnical measures ensure the protection of the excavation of the construction pit for the construction of the 4U+G+21+2T building.
