Construction of the Brege II exploratory borehole for drinking water supply in the Krško polje area
Our role: Carrying out drilling works for hydrogeological investigations in collaboration with the Hydrogeology Department
Year of implementation: 2015
- Conducting a 95 m deep exploratory piezometer in Krško polje (Krško syncline) in Pliocquaternary sediments, which represent one of the potential supplementary or independent water sources in the municipality of Krško.
- Carrying out sectoral hydraulic experiments during drilling to determine the permeability and sampling of groundwater in individual depth sections in the Plio-Quaternary.
- Final piping of the piezometer: cemented introductory column 24 m deep, installed piezometer 95 m deep.
